Creamy Golden Chicken Skillet
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon peeled and minced fresh turmeric root
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- Cooked basmati or jasmine rice, for serving
- Chopped fresh cilantro leaves and tender stems, for garnish

Golden Milk Latte
Ingredients:
- Your choice of milk
- A dollop of honey
- 1 Scoop of gold
Directions:
Warm milk to your temperature preference. Add 1 scoop of Bravenly™ Gold. Add a dollop of honey. Froth until well mixed!
GOLDEN SUGAR COOKIES
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 2/3 cups (333 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons of Bravenly™ GOLD
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 1/3 cups (299 grams) all-purpose flour
Sugar crust
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Directions:
- Heat the oven to 375° F. Line two baking sheets with parchment.
- Add the butter, sugar, and salt to the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Beat on medium for a few minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla. Continue beating—again, scraping down the sides as needed—until cohesive and fluffy.
- Add GOLD and baking powder and mix on low to combine. Add the flour and mix on low again until completely combined.
- Stick the dough in the fridge to firm up for 10 or so minutes. Meanwhile, make the sugar crust mixture: In a small bowl, combine the sugar and turmeric, and stir.
- Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until puffy, slightly crackly. They will fall as they cool.
